Insights and Inspirations: A Journey on The Raft of Life

Left & Right Brain

Our brain has two hemispheres, each with its own way of perceiving the world. They are connected by the corpus callosum, a bridge of nerve fibers that allows them to communicate. Internal war - male and female side of self - *CNS affected which spirals inner war

When one side dominates (often the left), we may feel limited — stuck in logic, analysis, or overthinking. But when we “lift the veil,” we invite whole-brain harmony, where both sides work together as one, bringing balance, creativity, and clarity. Oneness is internal not external - *CNS harmony

*CNS - brain and spine

The Left Brain

● Logic and reasoning
● Analytical and detail-oriented
● Language and numbers
● Structure and rules
● Past and future thinking

The Right Brain

● Creativity and imagination
● Intuition and “gut feelings”
● Visual and spatial awareness
● Music, rhythm, and flow
● Present-moment awareness

Lifting the Veil

Think of the veil as a thin membrane (metaphorical) between the two sides. Lifting it means:

● Moving from separation to integration
● Balancing logic with creativity
● Entering a state of wholeness where insight flows freel.
● Accessing higher awareness — feeling connected and present

Remember: every feeling has a purpose. By honouring the whispers of the heart as much as the signals of the body, we return to a more complete, compassionate form of healing.
