Facilitator, Sandy B Simmons, is the Founder & Educator of Simply Better Health Co, The Raft of Life, a Naturopath-Nutritionist & Biological Medicine practitioner.  She is the founder of 'Inspirit Energetics', being a Guardian of Nature, plus a wide range of ancillary modalities.

PATRICIA CHERRY (Trish) is 79 years old and a Life Coach. 

After 60 years of exploring and researching ways to control her weight without having to starve herself, Trish has been using IF as a lifestyle now for 15 months and finds it helps her to stay disciplined with her eating. Her appetite is under control, and along with avoiding highly toxic and ultra processed foods, her mind, body and spirit are content. CHRISTINE MILLER MA, FRSA, has had a varied and successful 35 year career across a variety of roles and sectors, now focuses mainly on developing personal effectiveness, wellness, creativity, leadership performance and untapped potential in others through consulting, writing and speaking. 

With many years’ experience as a consultant to business, specialising in transformation and growth, and in private practice as a counsellor, coach and mentor, Christine deals with a wide range of issues and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. She is also a Master Reiki Teacher.

Christine successfully reversed Type 2 Diabetes in November 2017, through IFF, very low carb diet and vitamin and mineral supplements. She achieved a correction to normal HbA1c (blood glucose) levels within 4 weeks, without medication and has maintained this reversal whilst practising intermittent fasting on a less stringent diet. KATIE ROBINSON is a Nature Connection guide and Forest Bathing guide trainer/assessor for The Forest Bathing Institute, and co-founder of Harmony In Nature, taking people out of their daily stresses for a few hours. 

She is a natural health mentor, supporting others to reclaim a natural state of wellbeing through making natural healing choices. She is a practitioner of Reiki and NLP, uses essential oils, nutrition, herbal teas, mindful movement, breathwork and chanting, as well as spending plenty of time with nature.
